Chief Vodicka, along with Lieutenant Thomas Dietz present Officer Alejandro Lopez with a “Life Saving” honor bar to be displayed on his uniform in recognition of his diligence to duty. This recognition was in response to his efforts which contributed to saving the life of a young drug overdose victim.
