Police Chief Alan Vodicka congratulates Sergeant Adam Gulczynski on his recent promotion. The promotion ceremony took place at the June 22 City Council Meeting. Sergeant Gulczynski is a thirteen year veteran of the Department who served the last ten years as a Detective.
